In 1996, he founded Drumcode, a record label that would become synonymous with a distinctive, driving techno sound and a platform for a generation of artists. Over the years, Beyer has also established sub-labels such as Truesoul, further expanding his sonic explorations. His musical style is characterized by its raw energy, hypnotic rhythms, and a consistent focus on the deeper, more melodic aspects of techno, often referred to as the "Swedish Techno" sound.
